0.5 cup Blueberry Reàl

1 pint frozen or fresh blueberries

1 cup milk

1/2 cup crushed ice

1 scoop vanilla ice cream or yogurt (optional)

Garnish

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds.
