Blueberry Thyme Pops
4 tablespoon Blueberry Reàl
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 Tablespoons Blueberry Reàl
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
Pinch kosher salt
2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Bring all ingredients (except blueberries and lemon juice) to a simmer; cook for 5 minutes. Strain, then chill for 30 minutes.
Stir in blueberries and lemon juice. Pour into ice pop molds. Freeze for 6 hours.
These can be made with peaches and basil, raspberries and mint, etc. The flavor combinations are endless.
