1 container Lychee Reàl
Makes 16 oz
1 container Lychee Reàl
4 stems fresh lemongrass, halved and smashed
1 pinch salt
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup water
Garnish
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain and chill.
Serve with mixed fruit salad and garnish with mint, or use in a cocktail.
