Pumpkin Caramel

1 container Pumpkin Reàl

Makes 1 pint

2 cups heavy cream

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Garnish

Directions

Bring all ingredients except Pumpkin Reàl to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and add Pumpkin Reàl; continue simmering for another 5 minutes. Drizzle over your favorite cake, ice cream or breakfast dish.
