Lemon Meringue Pie

1 oz
1 oz Piña Reàl
3 oz
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
.5 oz Limoncello
1 Egg White
3 oz Egg White
Garnish
Toasted meringue and lemon slice
Directions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Shake and strain into chilled glass.
*In a whipping cream canister charge 3 oz of egg whites and 3 oz of Finest Call Sugar Syrup.
Charge, chill, and top.
Flambé the meringue prior to serving
