oz Juicy Pear Reàl
1.5 oz Vodka
.5 oz (15ml) Finest Call Elderflower Syrup
1 oz (60ml) Finest Call Single Pressed Lemon Juice
1 oz (60ml) Egg white
Garnish
Fan of Pear Slices
Directions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Shake and strain into mixing glass.
Dry shake egg white and fine strain into glass.
