Chicken Spring Roll
Sauce: 2 cups REÀL pepper syrup, 2 oz rice wine vinegar, 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, fresh chopped cilantro. Cucumber Salad: 1 cucumber semi peeled and sliced lengthwise. Remove seeds, and slice into half moons shape. Mix with 1 diced jalapeño, 1/4 teaspoon fish sauce, 2 oz rice wine vinegar, juice of 1 lime, 1 T soy sauce, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, 1 serrano chile finely diced, 1/4 red onion julienned, add some fresh mint, and fresh cilantro and mix.

1/4 teaspoon fish sauce

Juice of 1 lime

1 T soy sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

1 serrano chile, finely diced

1/4 red onion, julienned

Fresh Mint

Directions

Sauce: Combine REÀL pepper syrup, rice wine vinegar, chopped peanuts, and fresh chopped cilantro and mix.

Cucumber Salad: Slice cucumber lengthwise. Remove seeds, and slice into half moons shape. Mix with diced jalapeño, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar mix, lime juice, soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, serrano chile, red onion, fresh mint, and fresh cilantro.
