Real Ice Cream + Sorbet with Reàl

Or step your ice cream game up a notch by making some homemade sorbet using Reàl! Try one of these two delicious recipes that will totally wow the entire crowd!

 

Pisco Sour Sorbet

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups Agave Reàl
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup Pisco
  • 2 cups sugar
  1. Dissolve sugar in water by bringing it to a simmer and then turn off to cool to room temperature
  2. Gradually add the remainder of the ingredients and chill to 40°F under refrigeration
  3. Freeze in an ice-cream maker using manufacturer’s directions

Mango-Ginger Sorbet

  • 3 lbs. mangoes (peeled and seeded)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups Ginger Reàl
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender and chill to 40°F under refrigeration
  2. Freeze in an ice-cream maker using manufacturer’s directions
