Toast to Spring with Reàl

As the sun and warmth start to creep back in, now is the time to refresh your beverage menu! Spring cocktails are all about fresh fruits, light mixes and fun garnishes – some classic spring favorites include mules, mojitos and spritzers! Reàl Infused Syrups are guaranteed to help create these perfect unique combinations that say hello to spring.

Handcrafted Mule

INGREDIENTS

Handcrafted Mule

1 oz (30 ml) Ginger Reàl

0.5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice

1.5 oz (45 ml) vodka

Fill with ginger ale

2 dashes bitters

 

GARNISH

Lime wedge and lime zest

 

DIRECTIONS

Build ingredients in order in a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir to mix.

Mezcal Raspberry Bramble

INGREDIENTS

0.5 oz (15 ml) Raspberry Reàl

3 oz (90 ml) Finest Call Lemon Sour Mix

1.5 oz (45 ml) mezcal

2 lemon wedges

 

GARNISH

Lemon wedges, fresh Raspberries, sage and black pepper

 

DIRECTIONS

Muddle lemon wedges in glass and fill with ice. Combine other ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain mixture into the prepared glass.

Mezcal Raspberry Bramble

Apple Mojito

INGREDIENTS

Apple Mojito

1 oz (30 ml) Crisp Apple Reàl

0.5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Sugar Syrup

1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Lime Juice

1.25 oz (37 ml) rum

fill with soda water

3-4 sprigs mint

GARNISH

Lime wedge and sprig of mint. Apple slices (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Muddle mint at bottom of glass. Build all ingredients and stir.
